​Membership Procedure

​

1. Fill, sign & scan the membership form and submit to the Hon Secretary of BZA in person or via email (bzaexcom@gmail.com) along with the following:

• BD 4 as annual membership fees.

• Copy of front and back of CPR

• Copy of valid work VISA

   2. The Secretary will refer the request of membership to the Executive Committee                    which will make a decision within one month.

   3. Applications rejected by the Executive Committee shall not be reconsidered within             three months of adopting the decision
